I wrote the first version of this book in fluent Dutch in 1992 with several pencils on paper. In 1994 I bought my first personal computer (a 486, with 16 megabyte RAM memory and a hard disk of only 40 megabytes) to save all my handwritten texts in Dutch into digital files.

On my fortieth birthday at date 16 June 2006 I published the Dutch version of this book, together with nine other works of myself on my website, Critical Podium Dewanand, (Dutch: 'Kritisch Podium Dewanand'), with url: http://www.dewanand.com to celebrate it and to end my writing career in Dutch after fifteen years of hard working.

In November 2006 I decided to translate and update this work and to publish it in many countries. I hope that you will enjoy it.
